Core Strategy Submission
The Council submitted the Core Strategy Publication Document and all other Submission Documents prescribed by Regulations 30 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government on 16 December 2011 for Independent Examination.
The Documents submitted to the Secretary of State included:

Summary of the main issues raised by representations made about the Core Strategy Publication Document, the Sustainability Appraisal and the Proposals Map;

the "Schedule of Proposed Changes" which the Council proposed to make in response to representations received during the consultation on the Core Strategy Publication Document;
-
a Consultation Statement (in accordance with Regulation 30(1)(d)).
Summary of the representations received in response to the consultation on the Core Strategy Publication Document, along with Officer comments and where relevant any proposed changes to the documents. This is an additional version provided in Excel format on request from the Inspector.
