Employment Needs Assessment

The Employment Needs Assessment was published in 2005 and looks at employment land use and land supply in the Borough to 2016. The research was undertaken by the Council and supported by a market assessment by local agents Vail Williams.

The assessment is currently being updated to reflect changes in baseline information, employment forecasts and changes in market conditions. The updated study will look forward to 2026.
