West Surrey Strategic Housing Market Assessment - Full Report

Woking has undertaken a joint Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) with neighbouring councils of Guildford and Waverley. The West Surrey SHMA has been prepared by Fordham Research on behalf of the three councils. The West Surrey SHMA Report and its Executive Summary look at the need for affordable housing and the market demand for housing at a strategic level.
