West Surrey SHMA - Housing Needs and Market Assessment Survey

Woking has undertaken a joint Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) with neighbouring councils of Guildford and Waverley.  The West Surrey SHMA has been prepared by Fordham Research on behalf of the three councils.  The Housing Needs and Market Assessment Survey for Woking provides a snapshot of the profile of local households and their dwellings, and the number, size, type and tenure of new homes required to meet both the need for affordable housing and the demand for market housing.
